Lisa Pierce brings 30 years experience in a broad cross section of work in the entertainment field. She started as a talent agent; later moved on to create Pierce Casting, the casting agency responsible for the Canadian theatre productions of Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and Buddy-The Buddy Holly Story amongst others. She moved to the marketing side of the business with a communications/media position at IMAX, followed by an eight-year stint as Vice President of Marketing and Publicity at Alliance/Atlantis.

Miscellaneous contract work includes: Acting Vice President of Communications, Vision TV and Director of Marketing for TSX Group, owner and operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
